to John of God/Casa in Brazil
Sometimes individuals are not currently able to travel to Brazil but are wanting distance healing from John of God until that time when they are able to go to see
him in person.
There are three ways of requesting such help. The first is to ask for blessings from John of God, and the second is to request the herbs of the Casa from him, the latter of which provide a potential deepening of healing and spiritual processes in addition to a blessing.
Those people in major crisis or emergency states who are unable to come at
the Casa at the time can also request that someone “represent” them at the Casa
for a “spiritual operation” or “intervention.” The person requesting such an intervention will need to take the Casa herbs for about 2 months following the
date of the intervention.
In all of the above, it is necessary to send a photo along with the individual’s full name, address, date of birth and a brief summary of that person’s requests for help/healing.
For those people taking the herbs of the Casa, it is required to carefully follow the dietary restrictions of no alcoholic beverages, pork or pork products, nor hot peppers of any kind until they have completed taking all of the herbs. Those people requesting that someone represent them for a spiritual intervention/surgery must also follow the protocol of sexual abstinence for 40 days after their intervention (if it is their first one) or 8 days in any subsequent one, whether their first one took place while they were physically at the Casa or if someone previously represented them for one in the past. If a person is requesting the herbs and/or that someone represent them for a spiritual intervention/surgery, they must follow the dietary and abstinence protocols or they shouldn’t bother making the request for the herbs and/or intervention. Breaking the protocol will interfere with the healing work.
Also, to help with healing and spiritual development/protection, many people who aren’t able to go to the Casa like to order blessed objects from the Casa, including crystals and rosaries (made of various crystals and colored stones, or of Brazilian wood, according to personal preference).
Josie is often available to assist people with all of the above requests, in addition to taking them in person to John of God in Brazil when they are able to go.
